Our cottage portfolio covers a wide range of styles, sizes and traditional cottage features. Most cottage design are one and a half storeys, but we tend to design to reflect the pattern of the local area. Our cottage portfolio includes wide range materials such as stone, brick, render and timber boarding, with traditional details such as oak framed porches, cat slide roofs and dormer windows.

Warwickshire Cottage

Sometimes you can create a plot, rather than find the ready made package – from a garden or brownfield site, or a gap between other homes. In this instance our clients cleverly stitched together a couple of sections of various gardens – and overcame a significant drainage obstacle – in order to make a pretty village plot in their perfect location. The resulting home is testament to their vision, commitment and determination.
