Four exceptional plots on a small Border Oak development located on a quiet lane in a wonderful area of Kent.

The site sits on a former tree nursery, so the houses are set among mature trees that give the whole place a real sense of established woodland. We’ve already carried out the design and planning for each house, using our own material palette and construction detailing to keep the quality and character consistent across the scheme.

East and West Malling are both close by, with Maidstone a short drive for anything else you need. There are walks straight from the site, and several golf courses nearby along with other local facilities. The area is well served by schools too, with a good number of strong secondary, grammar, primary and pre-schools nearby. For commuters, East Malling station has trains to London Victoria in around an hour.
