We have a number of plots with full planning permission for sale. These are sites that we own, or are working on in partnership with landowners. All Border Oak plots come with planning approval, services, and drawings. We offer Water Tight or Full Build contracts for all our plots. Designs can sometimes be altered, we are happy to answer any questions.
