Our aim is simple – to make self and custom build less stressful and more accessible. We only buy the best plots and use all of our experience and creativity to eliminate the endless hours of searching, whilst also resolving common hurdles such planning approval, infrastructure, services and landscaping.

Our plots are a fixed price, and our offer is transparent and fair – with no high pressure auctions or secret bidding wars pushing the price ever upwards.
