A single storey outbuilding, but with a larger roof space and full height eaves to the front and rear. Works well in multiple bay lengths and can have either a full pitched roof or hipped ends. A building with classical proportions that provides a handsome addition and with many practical uses beyond garaging. Also works well as a complex when added to other outbuildings.

Do I need planning permission?
Not all outbuildings need planning approval – depending on which building you chose, where it will be built and past planning histories.
It is always best to check before embarking upon a project, but also bear in mind that our outbuildings are beautiful which makes them ideal for sensitive locations and preferable to planning offers. And we can fully support your planning application, so don’t let the planning context put you off.
