All of our designs are bespoke, created by our talented ‘in house’ architectural design team.
This bespoke approach enables us to tailor each project with sensitivity, individuality and flexibility – to reflect the site and our clients aspirations.
Our aim is always to design a building that encapsulates all of your wishes – and achieves a successful planning application – whilst meeting and exceeding all industry standards, for a price that represents good value.
We strive to design buildings that are beautiful, sustainable and long-lasting – guiding you towards possible details and features – using our world renowned experience of both design and construction to deliver exceptional structures.
We have a dedicated in house architectural design studio – multi-disciplined, knowledgeable and experienced. This team is headed by qualified architects who have, over 5 decades, designed thousands of oak framed buildings. Our designers know our product and understand how homes are built – a fundamentally important difference between us and others.We are also keen to be responsible for the overall success of any project and a close relationship between designer, maker, builder and client is crucial.
The Border Oak Architectural Team work closely alongside our Technical Design Team, to ensure that what is drawn can actually be built – to the highest possible standards. An integrated design approach throughout is one of our main advantages, but we are also happy to work alongside external architects and designers should you wish and offer them the same access to our experience and support.
Our designers remain available throughout the build process – not only to the client, but also to our (brilliant) builders and Project Managers. Everyone benefits from our combined wealth of knowledge. It’s how we deliver great homes.
